Who We Are

Built on a Foundation
of Rail Engineering

Amay Technosystems Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2012 as Amay Enterprises, born out of a vision to bring reliable, end-to-end engineering solutions to India's rapidly growing metro rail and urban transit infrastructure.

Incorporated as a Private Limited company in 2017, we have grown from a focused engineering firm into a trusted partner for India's leading metro rail corporations — delivering complex AFC systems, rolling stock solutions, workshop equipment, wheel-to-track noise and wear reduction solutions across the country.

In 2024, we expanded internationally with a wholly owned subsidiary in Mauritius, extending our expertise to the African market and establishing a truly global footprint.

2012
Founded as Amay Enterprises
Began operations in rail engineering, focused on delivering specialised solutions for India's metro rail sector.
2014
Noise & Lubrication Solutions
Expanded into wheel-to-track noise reduction and lubrication solutions — a core competency to this day.
2017
Incorporated as Pvt. Ltd.
Formalised as Amay Technosystems Pvt. Ltd., strengthening our corporate structure for large-scale project delivery.
2018
First Major AFC Project
Delivered our first end-to-end Automated Fare Collection project — gates, TVMs and ticket readers across multiple stations.
2020
In-house Software Center
Set up our Ghaziabad-based software development center — backend systems, dashboards and tools built entirely in-house.
2021
24+ Metro Stations Milestone
Crossed the milestone of upgrading over 24 metro stations across India's major rail networks.
2022
OEM Certification Achieved
Received OEM certification for BNA/BNR preventive and corrective maintenance services.
2024
Mauritius Subsidiary Established
Expanded internationally with a wholly owned subsidiary in Mauritius, opening operations for the African market.
